Hello, looking for a fellow female for a lovely decorated large single room, in a garden flat. The room has 2 sash windows, making it light & airy.

Available from approximately 14th May 2022.

The flat has a lovely large shared lounge, & there is the usual shared kitchen & bathroom, with washing/cleaning facilities. The bedroom is furnished with a 4ft (120cms) wide double bed, a double sized wardrobe area for clothes, storage under bed for suitcases etc & 2 chest of drawers. There is a desk & chair for working at. The room has has new carpet in a lovely aqua colour :)

Please be aware that the photos seem to distort the room to make it look 'thinner' than it really is :( & all the girls who have stayed here have agreed.

So looking for another FEMALE lodger, & normally a student, but not always. If a working lady then the rent will be more due to Council Tax. (students are exempted)
Minimum age around 21/22, English speaking even if 2nd language. I have had many students staying here as it is so close to Uni :)

All bills included, except phone. Broadband/Wi-Fi & freesat TV are available. I do smoke/vapour occasionally & usually in the garden. Parking is on street; however a resident’s permit is required @ approx £120/year.

A £390 deposit required with rent in advance, references not required.
Southsea precinct is 5mins walk, Gunwarf 15mins walk & beach is 5mins walk away :) Osborne Road is at the end of the road, with all the shops, pubs & restaurants for entertainment:) University is again 5/10 mins walk/cycle away.
