Looking for a replacement tenant for a classic studio room at Unite Students Greetham Street, PO5 4FB, Portsmouth.

I am a PhD student studying in London. I originally booked this room to enjoy a quiet space near the seafront for writing up my thesis. However, due to a project commitment in London next term, I need to find a replacement tenant.
I inspected the room as well as the building myself before making my decision. This studio room is among one of the best choices because it is on the 8th floor (quiet) and most importantly, it has some extra space (plz see the pic, not all studio rooms have this feature) for shoe racks and rubbish bin or anything you like.
This student accommodation is centrally located, close to University buildings. There’s a Tesco Express opposite, two Sainsbury's Local nearby, the train station is about 2 minutes walk away, and the High Street is about 5-10mins walk away.
