The room faces the garden with free street parking. Nice quiet basic room, no frills. Suitable for someone working for a few days in Portsmouth or just visiting and travelling for a short period. Pets are not allowed as there is a cat already in the house and he cannot share his territory.
There is a kitchen to use for basic food with microwave, toaster, kettle, blender, fridge/freezer and hob but long or large cooking will not be allowed due to other guests in the house being disturbed.
There is a cat in the house. He is friendly and will freely roam around the house so the place is not suitable if you are allergic or do not like cats. The room is en-suite so there is no need to use the communal bathroom. The property is close to Fratton station and shops nearby.
