Hi, I have a double room available in a two bed flat, sharing just with me. The flat has one bathroom and open plan kitchen/lounge and is located in Leytonstone, just 200 meters from the central line.
I am a 43 year old female. I work full time in the office and also spend several nights away a week so you would often have the flat to yourself. I will sometimes have my french bulldog at home (I have shared custody) but she's very well behaved.
Rent is 1000 per month including bills and 1300 for a couple.
I'm very open to short term lets.
