Due to unforeseen circumstances, I am no longer continuing at University and therefore have a room to rent. The room is in a lovely, large mid terrace house in a very desirable location. You will be sharing with 8 very easy going, kind girls all aged 18-20, who attend a variety of different courses at Portsmouth University.

The fully furnished house is spread over three floors with an open plan living space which includes kitchen, breakfast bar, comfy sofa's and a flat screen TV. There is also a back garden. The house includes dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, WIFI, TV's and desks in all bedrooms.

The property is only a 10 minute walk to the town centre and university buildings and a 20 minute walk to the beach.
