Recently moved into a 2 bed flat in the Verto tower on the Kings Road, and am looking for a lodger for my second bedroom.

Note the photos show the flat after I moved in - the room will be furnished imminently. Will upload new photos as soon as done. Am also fitting blinds in the room.

I have my own en-suite, so you'd pretty much have your own sole use (except for guests) of the main bathroom which has a shower and bath.

Flat has 2 cats but they are lovely and friendly.

Has wi-fi/broadband, and under floor heating with your own thermostat in the bedroom. Bedroom also has own aerial point for a TV.

All bills included.

Has a balcony which you are welcome to use. Building also has concierge.

Free (smaller) gym within building, and bigger gym the a 2 minute walk away, pub 30 second walk away, town 6 minute walk away (with Sainsburys), and station is a 10 minute walk away.

Note: no parking (though Queens road car park a few minutes walk away). But does have a bike store.
