Newly refurbished, large ensuite upstairs (2nd floor) room in family home. We are a professional couple with two children and an elderly cat. ☺

The house is in a great location for Reading university (2 minute walk to Earley Gate), Earley station and public transport gives easy access to Reading town centre. A friendly street with shops very close by and other amenities in walking distance including several green spaces.

All bills and weekly cleaner included. Household consumables like laundry liquid and toilet paper all included. We are trying to be an ecoconcious family and would welcome a housemate sympathetic to this.

There is a shared kitchen, dining/living area and garden. We have some offstreet parking and would welcome a discussion about shared use of this.
