Loddon House Student Accommodation offers full time students a modern, safe and comfortable place to stay.

Only a short stroll from Reading University, we have single ensuite rooms throughout 5 floors as well as one large double ensuite room for two full time students on our ground floor.

Prices are per room and includes all bills. (Student proof is required). Additional end of tenancy clean is £40.
Deposit payable is £150

Available from 14 September 24 for 51 weeks tenancy, or
21 September 2024 for 45 weeks tenancy.

The rooms are spacious and include 4ft bed and a private shower ensuite. Double room has double bed, two desks, two wardrobes.
There is access to a large kitchen / living room with TV and is shared with other students. Laundry room is pay per wash.
Secure digital key access for residents. Management on site 9-5pm Monday-Friday and 24 hour call out security.
