Hi,

I’m Looking for someone to fill a space in an 8 bed girls flat on Shinfield Road opposite the Univeristy. It’s modern and has:

- Large driveway for 6 cars
- Large garden with a BBQ and an outbuilding
- Washing machine and a dryer
- 6 bathrooms between 8 (you would share with one other girl, bathroom is not available for other flatmates to use)
- Bathroom has a large shower (not bathroom shown in photo and not a wet room, much bigger) - I only have a video of this as well so please ask and I can send it over
- Rent is not inclusive of bills
- Room in photo is not exact one (although similar) as I only have a video of it so please ask and I can send that over.

Room is available from 1st August but can be up to 1st September if preferable.
