An incredibly spacious ensuite room, located in a quiet cul de sac, just off Southampton Street. All bills included, with high speed WiFi for WFH and wonderful housemates!

I am a current housemate, looking to end my contract early (changing jobs) and find a working professional to take my room. Flexible with move in dates - late October (latest Nov 1st).

The housemates are lovely and friendly - currently 2 girls and 3 guys, including myself!
The room has a good amount of desk space to work from home and a large high pressure shower in the ensuite.

The kitchen is well equipped with 2 fridge freezers, a washing machine, a dishwasher and there is an open plan living area with a telly, a sofa and a dining table.
