It has its own cooking facilities (Microwave/Oven/Grill, Induction Hob) and tested fire alarm. There is an additional washing machine/tumble dryer in our carport for clothes washing.

The room is fully furnished.

Internet and bills included (fibre broadband).

On mains heating. Additional electric heater provided for own preferences.

Room opens up onto a patio and garden. It is private and not overlooked.

External security cameras at front and back of house for added security (does not point at the room for privacy), along with external sensor light.

It is 8 mins walk to Earley train station and 10 mins walk to Reading Uni.

Bus stop is located at the end of the road for the number 4/4X bus route, as well as the 24/7 number 17 Reading bus.

The road has plenty of space for on-street parking.

We are live-in landlords and therefore you would be a lodger as you will have joint access to the main house for mail collection.

As this is our own house we can be very flexible on terms, so please feel free to ask.
