The house is near Palmer park/Reading Uni, it has been refurbished recently.

This room is available from now, it is on the ground floor of the house. It has lot's of space even with a King size bed. The room is not en-suite but has shared access to two bathrooms (middle bathroom and ground floor bathroom), the house has hot water storage to ensure you can always have a hot shower.

The kitchen and living room are shared, there is lot's of storage space, including two fridge / freezers. The house is shared with 5 rooms in total, the Landlord does not live at the property. The house has a dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer.

We prefer to have one tenant for this room as we have another bigger room for couple in the same house, it is to limit the total number of tenants.
