Hi, I'm a student at the University of Reading. If you're also attending the same university, this is the perfect house to stay in! This is a 3-bedroom shared house with 1 bathroom in the main bedroom and 1 bathroom for the other 2 rooms to share. The house is only a 5-minute walk to the main campus, a 15-minute walk to London Road campus, and a 25-minute walk to the train station. If you know where Café Yolk is, you'll be happy to know the house is only a 1-minute walk from it and a 2-minute walk to the Co-op. The area is full of student houses and is super safe and quiet.

Each room contains 1 bed, 1 desk, a chair, and a closet, with an independent washing machine in the house. I'm not a strict landlord, but the minimum expectations for roommates are to keep the house tidy and clean and to let me know if you're bringing friends around. I'm flexible with your needs and am open to negotiation.
