The room will be available from the 10th of April. There are currently 6 occupants, with all rooms ensuite and a toilet in the kitchen on the ground floor for guests. You get to share only the kitchen. WiFi is available, and all bills inclusive in the rent paid monthly. There are also available kitchen utensils you can use provided by the landlord.
There are electric hobs, a vacuum cleaner, a washing machine, refrigerators and cabinets for personal stuff. A cleaner comes to clean every 2 weeks.
The occupants are working professionals and highly friendly and interactive.
