Large house in a quiet neighbourhood, 15 minutes walk from the town centre and 20 minutes from the station.

We are two professionals looking for two new housemates to move in due to two tenants moving out. We are friendly, social and tidy and the house is incredibly spacious compared to most houseshares available in Reading.

On a shared tenancy rather than HMO.

Room 2 (largest room) - double bed - £675, excluding bills

We cannot rent a single room to a couple as there is a maximum of four tenants, but there is an option for a couple to rent the two top floor bedrooms, and have that whole floor including the bathroom to yourselves (would slightly change rent split + room arrangement).
