Hi,

I have a double room with own bathroom to rent.. I am working Monday to Friday as a consultant. I am looking for a female to share the place. You would be having a double room with a balcony & canal view and also your own bathroom to use. Rent is 600 pounds per months and bills included( council tax, water, electric and internet).

The flat is located close to Manchester city center (25 mins walk), Deansgate (10 mins walk), Old Trafford Stadium (30 mins walk), Spinning field (15 mins walk) and Castlefield (7 mins walk). There is a Bus stop a couple of minutes away from the flat and buses X50 and 225 will take you both to the city center/Trafford Park/Chorlton.

The flat has a good size living room, a dining table, Fridge, Freezer, Washing Machine/Dryer, a nice kitchen, 2 bathrooms and a balcony with an amazing canal view.
