Hi all,

I’m posting my current flatmates room as he’s going to live with the lads haha and it’s just going to be me left in our 2 bed flat in Salford. You have your own bathroom (as pictured) which is the main bathroom of the house as I have an en-suite. There is also a gorgeous kitchen and living space which is yours just as much as it’s mine. I’m looking for someone like-minded who can be clean but also respects each other’s space. The room is £375 which does NOT include bills. With bills, it comes to no more than roughly £550/£600 but everything is split equally.

(It also says unfurnished - the bed and railing for clothes will remain but chest drawers etc are my flatmates and he will be taking them!)

20 minute walk into City Centre. This flat is near local shops such as Lidl, Aldi, Tesco and Salford Precinct and opposite the Old Pint Pot for a few!

There is also free parking behind the flat 🚗

I’m 25, female and I work in television. I’m originally from London and looking for somewhere to call home whilst I’m up here. I want whoever who takes the room to make it feel like home to them too! I love meeting new people and love a night out but I’m also a homebody through and through! I love to cook and watch Netflix and I'm looking for someone who enjoys that too!
