The room is available immediately and I'm looking for someone who can move in ASAP (in October).

Unfortunately there is no parking available to rent at the property.

You’ll be taking over my tenancy and living with Emily who’s lovely!

Emily, the tenant you will be flat sharing with, ideally wants a female flatmate 22-27 years old :)

Viewings are on Wednesdays and Fridays.
