Appreciate the photos of the room are not the best. The room has been decorated since they were taken last. It is also an interesting space with a large sliding doors which cover an alcove with the wardrobe in - so it is difficult to get a good picture (you’ll understand what I mean when you see the room haha!)

Ground floor: The bedroom is at the back of the house on the ground floor. It comes with a king size bed with memory foam mattress. Large open wardrobe (behind the sliding door not showing in the photos), bedside table and storage rack are also included. There is a light well in the bedroom which has a door and can be accessed. Recently painted all white with a grey feature wall (not shown in the photos). Happy for you to put up pictures etc. To make the space your own.

Ground Floor: Shared bathroom with shower and bath sunk into the ground.

The house is conveniently located 2 minutes walk away from a Liddle supermarket. Under 5
Minutes walk from Salford shopping centre, Aldi and Tesco Extra.

Lang-worthy tram stop is a ten minute walk away and there are many bus stops near by all of which can take you to Manchester City centre in 20 mins or so. Manchester City centre can be reached by walking which take around 40 minutes. Media city is a 10/15 minute walk away which has a few restaurants and bars.

I am a young professional looking for a house mate. I am away usually a couple of weeks and /or weekends a month for work/visiting family & friends / trips away (although a lot less of that at the moment!) . Hence why I am letting out the bigger bedroom and charging slightly more. As you may end up having the place to yourself a fair bit! My room is on the ground floor at the front of the house. When I am around, I’m a social guy.
