The house is situated in central Salford, with great transport links to Manchester City Centre (30 min by bus), Salford University Campuses (10 mins by bus), and the Trafford Centre (45 mins by bus.)

Current housemates are two mature male students in their third year of studies, who are tidy, social, and always happy to hang out.

The new tenant will ideally be a student as well, however professionals are still more than welcome to enquire.
