The house is a big end-terrace on Great Clowes Street, corner of Duncan Street, in the leafy Cliff Conservation Area of Higher Broughton, to the north side of Manchester. 10 mins or so into Manchester centre by bus, taxi, or cycle. Great for Salford & Uni too. The rooms have their own fireplaces with very efficient gas fires, so you control your own heating (included). Smart, big, communal kitchen with loads of worktop, fridge, freezer and general storage space. Conservatory and bike store. Enclosed car parking. Convenience store, bus stop and takeaway opposite and pub, gym, swimming pool, takeaways and larger supermarkets very close. Great communal atmosphere, especially with the garden in summer, but plenty of personal space and peace and quiet too. Cuddly house cat included! Any more info, just ask.
