People rarely leave here, but two have finally decided to move on so we have 2 rooms free (sorry one gone now). Huge but cosy rooms with double bed, loads of light and space, and usual furniture. Proper house with a lot of character and a very homely vibe, plus a real cool bunch of housemates. Lovely window views to garden. Bathrooms on each floor. Top of the range 1gig Virgin broadband. The house is a big end-terrace on Great Clowes Street, corner of Duncan Street, in the leafy Cliff Conservation Area of Higher Broughton, to the north side of Manchester. 10 mins or so into Manchester centre by bus, taxi, or cycle. Great for Salford & Uni too. The rooms have their own fireplaces with very efficient gas fires, so you control your own heating (included). Smart, big, communal kitchen with loads of worktop, fridge, freezer and general storage space. Conservatory and bike store. Enclosed car parking. Convenience store, bus stop and takeaway opposite and pub, gym, swimming pool, takeaways and larger supermarkets very close. Great communal atmosphere, especially with the garden in summer, but plenty of personal space and peace and quiet too. Cuddly house cat included! Any more info, just ask. (And a bit about yourself please - we always try to match the house with the right people.) And finally, can you please check with Google or whatever that the location and transport links etc. are good for you before you enquire? Saves time and hassle for everyone. Postcode is M7 2HE. Thanks! Richard
