Apartment is close to the bars and restaurants of Castlefield (Dukes 92, Banyan Tree Castlefield and The Wharf) and has an extremely comfortable leather sofa, 100mb fibre broadband from Hyperoptic and all bills except TV licence included. The available bedroom has an en-suite and the apartment has recently been renovated with new lights, heating, floor coverings and the kitchen has also been refreshed.

Secure parking space available in a locked, gated car park for an additional £75 per month. There is also VERY limited on street parking available and also a pay and display car park nearby.

Successful flatmate should be in professional, fulltime employment.

I'm Australian, have been in UK for over 16 years and work in the aviation industry but studying for a career change.

I'm hardly ever home as I mostly stay at my partner's place.
