There is one room available in my flat. Brand new mattress. My working hours and days varies . I usually cook, play ps3 ,or watch TV . Sometimes I have friends over , nothing that loud. I also have a cat who loves to be around people.
I am looking for an easy going, open minded and clean flat mate. Sometimes everyone needs some privacy and I respect it and I expect the same from my flatmate.
Cleaning is a crucial, so you will be expected to clean and wash up after yourself, basic rule, keep it clean as you wanted clean.
There are some local shops around the place and there is an Asda store just 2 mins walk from my flat. There are two bus routes from my location to the city center and Salford shopping center, but not sure how often as I drive myself, one of the buses goes to Salford Uni as well so it will be convenient for students. However it takes about 25-30 mins to walk to Manchester Arena in the city center, sometimes I walk to the city center when the weather is nice. There is a resident car park at the back my the building.
