I'm leaving my house and looking to find someone for my housemate, Sam, to live with.

The house is a 2 bed terrace located close to Victoria and Salford Central train stations, around 15 minutes walk into the Northern Quarter/ Central Manchester.

There is a back garden that also has an off-street parking space.

The room available has a walk in wardrobe/ closet area, ideal as a dressing room or home office area.

I am currently mid-move, so apologies for the blank walls and stacked boxes! I will be taking the majority of the furniture with me, with my existing housemate Sam buying some more in the coming weeks.

I have loved living in this house due to its great location and the luxury of having a garden for summer bbqs, so close to the city centre!
