A lovely double bedroom with plenty of storage (wardrobe, 2 chests of drawers, and under-bed drawers).
The new tenant will have the main bathroom to themselves, which is huge! Has a shower and bath.
The building is right on the edge of Salford/Spinningfields, so only about a 20 min walk into town/nearest tram stop (St. Peter’s Square). There are also bus stops nearby.
There is a work/study space in the building and a free gym too. There’s a little Sainsbury’s a minute a way which comes in very handy.
Council tax band is D. Bills have ranged around £200 each over the last 6 months.
My current flatmate is aiming to move out at the end of April but could leave earlier if needed!
