I’m looking for someone to live in the second bedroom of my 2 bed flat. It’s lovely double bedroom, with lots of space, right in between Salford Quays and the City Centre (M5 3). It is close to tram and bus links. Bedroom comes with the bed frame and mattress and the rest of the apartment is fully furnished (white goods, sofa, TV, table & chairs)
Looking to share with a female And to move in around 1st May and pay first months rent on the 1st of May (no deposit needed)
Bills are included (secure parking, water, council tax (band B), wifi and electricity)
