Due to my house mate and I relocating from Manchester for work, we are looking for two people to take over the lease on our two bedroom apartment from 1st March. The apartment is modern and well furnished, with two good sized bedrooms and en-suites, a Juliette balcony overlooking the city and a modern kitchen / communal living area. The flat is furnished with all the essentials and some of our furnishings are potentially available for purchase for a small fee. The building is quiet and family orientated, with pets allowed, an onsite gym, parcel room and 24/7 concierge and security. There is also an onsite maintenance team who deal with any requests quickly and efficiently. There is secure parking under the property with a spot that you can inherit from us upon taking over the tenancy. It comes at an extra cost but there is normally a waiting list for spaces.
