My flatmate is moving out and I am looking for someone to take over their tenancy. Double bedroom with private bathroom/ en-suite for rent in a great location. There is a good kitchen and shared living room and a balcony with an excellent view. It is a 20 minute walk to deansgate and 30 minutes to the northern quarter. Very close to retail park with supermarket, gyms, bars and transport links. I’m looking for someone like myself, who is relaxed and likes to keep the apartment clean. I like to get to know my flatmates and hopefully be friends with them and maybe be able to go out for drinks or activities but I also respect the need for downtime and personal space.
