It is very quiet, very good for working professionals.

What I will need:

The room is only available for a duration of 2-6 months (from 15th Jan, 2025 onwards).

The monthly rent is 900 GBP (cash or bank transfer).
Cash preferred.

I am a current tenant (and NOT the landlord) but will
need appropriate references as I will need to provide to the landlord.

I am looking for a sincere, quiet and clean flatmate (and hopefully a friend). No noise should be made from midnight to morning (12am-8am) as we are working professionals. You can expect the same from myself.
