Hi, I’m looking to sublet my 1 bed apartment now till 27th December. The apartment is on the 11th floor in Lightbox building, 4 mins walk from the media city tram stop to take you to the city centre and even Trafford centre.
There are amazing lake views on both sides, the imperial war museum, alchemist bar, sainsbury, co-op are around the corner (under 5 mins of walk). The area itself is peaceful and the flat is pretty spacious.
WiFi bill is included, the electricity bill is £30 and £20 for the water bill.
The flat should be left in a clean state if not then there is £50 cleaning fee. Viewing of the flat is highly recommended!
The ad gives option of a 2 bed only but mine is 1 bed apartment.
