Hi all!
Looking for a housemate who could possibly take over a tenancy from my current housemate when we come to renew in January.
It’s a lovely little apartment situated on Talbot Road so in between Trafford Bar and Old Trafford tram stops so good connections to town.
The room is a double room with an en suite bathroom. A parking space is also included. Wi-Fi is included in the flat too (1GBPS speed).

I am a 27 LGBT+ person, I work on the railway so have a very good and stable monthly income.
I’m looking for someone who is in a similar position as me.
