The room comes furnished and has its own en-suite bathroom with a walk in shower, the main bathroom does have a bath.

It’s a 2 minute walk away from Exchange Quay tram stop so really easy to get into town, nice 10 minute walk to media city.

Bills are approx: £105.02 for water, heating, electrical, WiFi
£72 for council tax (band c)

The building has a gym for residents, a restaurant, bar, small cafe and a secure parcel room at reception. There are also amenity spaces in the building, a co working space, cinema room, dining room, meeting rooms which you can book for private use.

We are looking for a friendly, easygoing, sociable clean and tidy flatmate to join the current lease which ends in September, but will then be renewed for another 12 months.
