Hello,

I am advertising a double room in a two bedroom house which is close to The University of Sheffield and the city centre.

The property is a 2-level with a small kitchen, a well-sized living room and a patio on the ground floor. The upper floor includes 2 double bedrooms (the one occupied by me) and a bathroom.

Outside there is a well maintained back garden.

I am looking for someone to take over my contract from the end of June until the end of August 2020.

The other tenant is male, a professional and looking for someone who ideally has similar work patterns and is easy going.
