Hi, I have a large double bedroom in Crookes, S10 available from 1st November 2019. I’m looking to rent the room out for a period of up to 7 months (i. e. 31st May 2020). The property is a 10min bus to the city centre or a 20 min walk. It’s also a 10min walk from Hallamshire Hospital and the Children’s hospital.

The room is £450 a month including all bills. It is a large furnished double room with a three door wardrobe, desk and a chest of drawers. There is also lots of on street parking available too.

A bit about me - I am 27 and a live in landlord. I work in Finance and do Boxercise twice a week and love drawing and cooking.
