I am looking for a new tenant to take over my contract since I am leaving Sheffield. The room is a very big double attic bedroom, fully furnished. The furniture included are a double bed (new mattress) , wardrobe, table, a chest of drawers, full body mirror and two big storage areas (wall cupboard and under stairs space). It is a lovely, warm and bright room with en suite bathroom containing a shower cabin. The kitchen and living room of the house provide all the amenities and are shared with two house mates. A kitchen cupboard and a spacious freezer (which is not shared) come along with the attic room and plenty of fridge space too. One of the other tenants is in charge of the monthly bills (gas and internet) which are of a very reasonable cost (£65). The house is conveniently located 2 min walk from the bus stop on Crooks road, Coop and Sainsburys, as well as a variety of other shops, cafes and pubs on Crooks.
