am looking for a female housemate to rent a room in my home in Walkley.

The house is newly decorated and has new carpets. There is a bathroom with a bath and shower plus and additional toilet downstairs.

I am a 24 year old mature student studying at the dental school. I am renting my spare rooms while I’m studying. You would be sharing a house with myself and two 24 year old professionals.

The room available has a new bed, mattress, desk, wardrobe and chest of draws. The house has a shared kitchen and living area and a nice garden to the rear with an outdoor seating area. The living area has a new corner sofa and a TV. Other facilities include a washing machine, tumble drier, dishwasher and cooking equipment. The room is £110 per week, bills are included but council tax is to be paid separately if you are not a student (currently would be shared with yourself and one other at £13 per week)

The property is a 25 minute walk to the University of Sheffield with great transport links to the city centre and on street parking. It would be perfect for a student or a young professional.
