Four bedroom student house in Crookes with a small garden. A large double room is available. Most of the current flatmates are students but we are open to non students as well.

House has shared living room/kitchen, as well as a shared bathroom. The house consists of a ground floor, first floor, an attic room and an unused basement which cannot be used for storage.

All bedrooms in the house include a double bed, a desk, a chest of draws and a wardrobe. All rooms in the house also have at least one window, though the window on one of the first floor bedrooms cannot be opened.

Current housemate include 2 boys and 1 girl. They are looking for someone friendly and clean and tidy.

Virtual house tours (on Whatsapp video call, Skype ) are available and a possible viewing if housemate are ok to do so.
