I have a room available on 24 Broomhall Road basically on Collegiate crescent. It’s facing the sheffield hallam collegiate campus but also only a very short walk into town/city campus or uni of campuses. It’s an 8 bedroom house share, currently with 3 girls and 2 boys, all lovely people
It has a very decent sized car park and a big garden too.
The rent is 370 a month with all bills included.
The room is a very good size, with a wardrobe, double bed, sink, desk and chair, bedside table and wall mounted book shelf, and a big window that looks onto the garden.
