I have two double rooms available in my house, a mid terrace located just off Sharrow Vale Road near the Lescar pub. I am currently doing up the property (hence the limited photos, if you’re interested please let me know and I can send the video of the house including the bedrooms). Once finished both rooms will be complete with double beds, desks, wardrobes and chests of draws. Shared access to bathroom, living room, kitchen, and a sunny garden.

The house is in a great location. We are surrounded by bars, cafes and restaurants. Endcliffe park is a five minute walk away and transport links are great if you do not drive. The area is permitted however permits can easily be applied for.
No need to worry about splitting bills, all bills are included in the monthly rent. I will be a live in landlord so any issues/queries will get sorted straight away.

I work full time in Sheffield city centre. I enjoy socialising, going out for food and drinks but would also be happy to stay in and get a takeaway. I am looking for like minded people of a similar age, male or female.
