We have a large double bedroom available in our quiet, non-religious family home, which includes a mom, four young adults and one teenager. (yes, it is actually a quiet household!) We are looking for a relaxed person who is more interested in living in a home atmosphere.

The exact date of room availability is to be determined as current lodger is looking for a place closer to her job.

Utilities and council tax included. Fibre broadband with speeds up to 250mbps. Large garden, short walk to Pontypridd town centre, park and train/bus stop.

We are a relaxed family, with ties to America, Britain and South Korea.

Must be lgbtqia+ friendly and enjoy lazy, fluffy cats. There is a piano available to play. No smokers or vapers.
