Previous housemate has dropped out so we are looking for someone to take their place in our lovely home! The room is the ground floor room of the house and has a spacious bed and window overlooking the garden. Dishwasher and washing machine is also available in our house. We have 2 bathrooms and currently have it set that guys use upstairs and girls downstairs. However, this could change depending on whichever gender we can get to fill the space. Parking is available on our street, however, it is recommended you purchase a permit as it gets quite busy. I have included a picture of the bedroom we are looking to find someone for, as well as other photos of the house.

Potential housemate is someone who describes themselves as clean and leaves their mess as how they found it. We are LGBT friendly and judge free no matter how you identify.
