-Easy to live with, they are looking for a clean, tidy and considerate housemate.

-no deposit is required, but £100 is payable to reserve the room. This will be put towards the February rent instalment.
-UK guarantor is required for all tenants. In the absence of a guarantor, rent must be paid in full for the 5 months upon signing the contract.
- The house is managed by ourselves (the landlord) and we have a fantastic maintenance team on hand if ever you need them.
