I need someone to take over my tenancy contract by mid-February (around the 14th February).
I am currently living in a private studio Classical Bigger at Windsor House Residence in Cardiff. This is the biggest Studio the residence is offering, with one double-bed, one private kitchen, an office, and one private bathroom with shower and one accessible TV. I am also offering all the kitchen utensils, the bathroom sheets and also the bed sheets and duvet that I am not planning to bring back home (meaning you won't have to pay for it or rebuy new materials).
There are many different common areas on the ground-floor, including one fitness, two study rooms, one cinema room and many other tables. My studio is located on the second floor and it is very easy to access with lifts.
I'll also add that the Residence is located just in the City Center, with grocery shops downstairs and it takes 10 minutes by walk to reach the main building of Cardiff University.
The rent of this Studio is 226£/week and the tenancy is calculated until the month of August.
