Hi
I am looking for a female student to take over my tenancy at the Fitzalan student accomodation as I am moving out of the country.
This will be from Mid may until the end of August 2025, just over summer.
The room has a double bed, wardrobe, desk. chair and bookshelves. There is also storage under the bed
There is a shared kitchen and bathroom with one other tenant who is also a female student.
Kitchen has an intergratted fridge and small icebox and a microwave oven. Bathroom has a shower, toilet and sink.
There are shared spaces at the fitzalan for all tenants including a laundry room, 24hr gym, social spaces and outdoor space.
As you need to be a student to rent the room, you are council tax exempt. All bills are included in PW price,.
Very central location. Queen street station is a 5 minute walk
