THE ROOM
Double Room
A good sized room at circa 10 sqm, has everything you would require including a small double bed, cupboard, chest of drawers and has a bonus feature of a sink; really handy for brushing your teeth etc! This room is located on the first floor at the rear of the house and has a view of the garden.

THE HOUSE
It is a period 6 bedroom, 2 bathroom property located on a quiet road just off Cedar Road. This property has bags of character with unique features with many feature walls, wooden flooring and bags of character. The house is fully HMO compliant with fire doors and smoke alarms. It is kept very clean and tidy by the existing housemates.

THE LOCATION
The location is ideal if you need access to Portswood or the City Centre as its conveniently located in the middle of both areas. It is perfect if you work in the City Centre, RSH hospital or are a student based at either University.

Located just around the corner from Thomas Lewis Way which provides convenient for access to M3 and M27 motorways. It is also a short commute to Southampton City Centre and Eastleigh. There is a local Tesco Express on Lodge Road just a few minutes walk in addition to bars, restaurants and coffee shops in Portswood.

If you are into fitness, there is Reach Gym literally around the corner; perfect to hit the weights or go swimming after a hard day's work. Also, if you fancy some greenery, the Southampton Common is only a 10 minute walk or a short-run.

IS THERE PARKING?
There is free on street parking available on both Highcliff Avenue and Cedar Road! Parking is a real issue in Southampton and the road is not permit based.

WHAT ABOUT PUBLIC TRANSPORT?
The house is literally a 12 minute walk to St Denys Station where you can catch a train to Winchester, Basingstoke, London etc. There is a bus stop again just 2 minutes walk on Lodge Road where you can catch the Bluestar 2 bus to the City Centre or Eastleigh.

WHAT'S INCLUDED IN THE RENT?
All bills are included. You simply make one payment each month. There is a Virgin Media TV in the kitchen/diner and Fast Wifi. Fortnightly professional cleaning service of communal areas included in rent.

We (myself and my wife) are a throwback to how business was done many years ago, and place tremendous faith and trust in our customers (tenants) to look after the place and pay the rent on time. Property is a people's business after all and our vision is to cultivate strong working relationships. Our brand values are personal and dedicated.

Agents and landlords are no longer permitted to charge admin fees. We stopped doing this over a year ago. We also go one step further and do not charge for a deposit. We understand that in this day and age, some folks are unable to stump up close to a thousand pounds before they can move in and some people do live month to month.
