Double room:
£560pcm (en suite)

I am looking for a person reliable enough to live in and look after my whole flat (with no sharing) while I work and stay elsewhere long term. It's quiet, furnished accommodation with shower, bath, washing machine, fridge, broadband, parking space etc and set back from the main road. There is a block cycle shed.

The double room has an in built cupboard. There is broadband. There is more or less private use of the lounge making the total monthly £560. It’s a 30 minute walk to the University or city centre and the railway station is just opposite. Bitterne Triangle shops are just up the road together with the riverside park.

You need to be working, non smoking, quiet lifestyle, solvent and entirely responsible as regards rent and getting on with neighbours. It is lodger status only and hence includes a half share of the council tax and broadband. It is furnished so not suitable for someone with any large items of their own.
