Maintaining cleanliness and very good hygiene has always been a priority in my home. Due to COVID-19, we have been taking additional health & safety measures in our shared home. We will continue these good practices for the safety of ourselves & our housemates.
I will help our new housemate to feel part of our clean & friendly home as swiftly as possible.

This house is located on Oxford Avenue, near city college, Solent University,
RSH Hospital, Sports Gym and Leisure Centre. There are many Groceries , supermarkets and takeaways nearby, only 2 minutes away or 5 minutes walk.
City central is about 15 minutes walk.
Central town has main Bus station to all routes.
Train station walking distance about 15-20 mins.

The complete house had been renovated and fully furnished 10 years ago. The house is a clean place to live in. We do regular repair work around the house.
The double room is furnished with 4 door wardrobes and a double bed, net/curtain & rug, study table and chair.

The house is fully furnished for you to use; the bathroom/shower/toilet, dining table, cooker hob/oven, washing machine, microwave, fridge/freezer, kettle & toaster

The rent includes all bills!
