You will be sharing the house with me and 3 other housemates. It has always been a really friendly house with a very homely feel. We celebrate birthdays, pancakes, pizzas and curries!

**About us**
Ava is a nhs worker at the University hospital Southampton. She’s into keyboard piano and crocheting. Klara is an administrator in a law firm based at Ocean village. She’s into keeping fit at the gym. I am a flexitarian and have lived in Southampton for 17 years and in this house for the last 14. I am a process consultant, fair weather cyclist, wild swimmer and runner in rehab 😢

** THE HOUSE & LOCATION **
This is a beautiful period house (built in 1926) at a quiet suburbia upmarket location in Upper Shirley. Skips away to the Common, and within walking distance to the General hospital, University and City centre. There are 3 double bedrooms, kitchen, front lounge, breakfast/dining room, 1 bathroom (separate shower cubicle), 1 upstairs toilet and 1 downstairs toilet. Front of house is west facing and rear is east facing with a nice sun trap in the garden. Length of house is south facing which brings in a lot of light and warmth all year round! There is an outside garage with plenty of storage space for bikes and gym equipment. There is optic fibre (Toob) broadband with high speed wifi internet connection in the house which extends into the garden.

1 month deposit and NO ADMIN FEES. The all-inclusive rent covers all bills (Council Tax, TV Licence, Electricity, Gas, Water and Broadband).

There is no cleaning rota and we all make an effort to keep the place tidy and clean. I look after the garden mainly and it would be great if you enjoy gardening.
We’d like to share the space with people who have a positive outlook and are respectful. This is a place where we feel safe to be around each other. Sorry no couples.
