Hello. My name is Holly, I’ve just moved into a flat in portswood that has two bedrooms and I’m looking to rent out the other room.
Looking for someone who is clean, tidy and friendly.

The room can be locked from the inside and locked on the outside only by you. You’ll have the whole main bathroom to yourself unless we have guests. All bills included within the rent price.

Currently just a bed and some of my belongings within the room - you can have your own furniture if this is preferred, I do have bedroom cabinets and a wardrobe to put into the room if needed.
