I have a large double room with an en-suite available from the 1 st of September which could possibly be pushed forward to the 1st of August if required.
I am the other tenant in the flat and looking for a friendly flat share.
I am currently planning on starting a masters course in September. If this goes ahead the council tax bill will be eligible for 25% off as when the course starts i legal don’t pay council tax but it’s at a discounted rate.
However if the course doesn’t go ahead the council tax bill will be spilt 50/50.
The flat is a two bedroom, two bathroom on the first floor. It is in the city centre of Southampton, around a 10 minute walk to the town square and a 20 minute walk to Southampton central station. There is a lift as well.
There are local bus stops less than a 5 minute walk from the flat and the closest grocery store is around a 10-15 minute walk. It is close the Southampton common roughly a 20 minute walk. If anyone has any more question please ask.

The council tax is the total amount my current roomate and I have had to pay for the entire year.
